Short Excerpt from a 45 minute Online Self-Care Session using gentle Myofascial Release Therapy to relieve low back pain and tailbone pain that had been persistent for years, and very intense. Through a postural assessment, it was found that the client had great tension in the hip flexor region, likely to be contributing to the pain she has been experiencing. After following up next day, she already feels better and is continuing next week.
