Hi, I'm Joshua. I’ve been an active person all my life, and have experienced two car accidents and a number of sports injuries including sprains, strains, and concussions that have left me with a lot of tension. I’ve had mild discomfort, sometimes pain, for most of my life in my neck, TMJ, face, knees, legs, and chest, and arthritis has developed in my cervical spine. I’m constantly working toward achieving balance in my body after playing one-side dominant sports for many years. Every week, I go to the gym to retrain my body into better body mechanics, and get healing Myofascial Release Therapy in-between to maintain flexibility, resiliency, and to make sure I gain as much mobility as I do strength. I am active, working, and feeling great because of the Myofascial work I do. It’s inspiring to be able to help people in my community improve their lives, move better, and make transformations they may have never thought possible.
